Do my clients need to create an account?

No. Your client opens one link with no login. There is nothing to sign up for. Every account they grant access to stays registered to them.

Does anything connect to my client's accounts?

No. No third-party app ever touches their accounts. Your client connects you directly, so the only access that exists is yours, and you can remove it any time.

Is my client's data safe? Do you store passwords?

We never ask for passwords and store no client account credentials. Your client grants access from inside their own accounts, nothing more.

What happens if a platform changes its UI?
