How to give an agency access to TikTok Ads

Two situations, one page. If you don't have your TikTok Ads account yet, create it first and it stays yours. If you already have it, jump straight to inviting your agency. Pick your situation below.

You keep ownership. Your TikTok Business Center and ad account stay in your name. We join as a partner, and you can remove our access whenever you like.

TikTok ads live in a “Business Center” (their version of Meta's Business Manager). Free, ten minutes, no TikTok videos required.

  1. Create a Business Center account

    ↗ business.tiktok.com
Sign up with your business email (if you use TikTok personally, you can log in with that, and the ads side stays separate). Pick I'm an advertiser, set your business name, region, time zone and currency (time zone and currency lock once set, so use your local ones), tick the terms box and hit Confirm.

  2. Create an ad account

From your new Business Center home: Create ad account under TikTok Ads Manager. Name it after your business.

  3. Add billing

From your new ad-account dashboard, open the top-right menu and choose Payments, then add your card. (Your billing page is private to you, so there's nothing for us to screenshot here.) The account can't spend until this is set.
